Pricing displayed, discussed, or provided through automated quoting tools is preliminary and subject to change. Final rates are only guaranteed once confirmed in writing by an authorized HTL representative.
4. Third-Party Carriers and Service Providers
HTL may arrange for transportation, warehousing, or related services through third-party carriers and service providers. HTL is not the operator of those carriers and their services may be governed by their own terms and tariffs.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting forms, comply with applicable laws and regulations, and not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt its operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HTL and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the website.
